Yalova Governorate Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has given production permission with the approval number 77-0053 and started its activities on 29.08.2014. In our unit which has a production capacity of 500 liters, practical training is given to the students studying in our department and studies are carried out to meet the need of qualified intermediate personnel in the food sector. Buttermilk, yogurt and cheese are produced in this unit.
